No worries, be carefree in this adorable one-story two bedroom, 2 bath cottage (villa) offers over 1,300 square feet of living space and a comfortable porch.
You’ll enjoy a comfortable living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with outdoor seating.
In addition to the main living areas, there are two bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower and a double vanity. Adjacent to the main living areas you'll find another full bath and bedroom. Other features include 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

Second Bedroom: Queen size bed, LCD TV/DVD
Living Room: Sleeper sofa, LCD TV/Blu-Ray/Pandora Music, WIFI, Board and Family Games and DVD/Reading Libraries

Additions: Pet Friendly, 4 seat golf cart
Monthly Rentals: January and February - call owner PRIOR to booking Feb, she usually reserves for her family

***Each reservation includes 1 vehicle registration $55 plus tax. The additional vehicle will also need to pay $55 plus tax. Any vehicle that exceeds the limit for each house or condo will be instructed to park off the property.

San Souci is clean, light filled with lots of windows, and spacious. We love to stay in Martinique on the Gulf! We are always outside at the beach, pool, or playing tennis. About one mile down the road is Kiva Dunes for great golf. When not out and about we enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch to read and relax.

It was perfect for our stay. Incredibly comfortable and delightful in every way. We usually stay closer to the beach, but the golf cart ride through the neighborhood was so pleasant it ended up being a plus.
