This unique pet friendly one-story two bedroom, 2 bath cottage (villa) offers approximately 1,500 square feet of living space and a shaded porch.
Fine leather furniture including a sofa, love seat and oversized lounge chair with footstool adorn the spacious living room, dining room and well-provisioned kitchen that has granite countertops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher.
Separate dining area for 6 and also a breakfast table in the kitchen. The laundry area a full-sized washer and dryer. The villa has a unique enclosed 3rd bonus room that comes with a sofa bed, a climate-controlled sitting area with flat screen television that can accommodate 2 additional overnight guests. We also have a pack-and-play for our younger guests.
In addition to the main living area, there are 2 bedrooms and a bonus room. The master bedroom has a large bathtub and a separate shower with a 2 person vanity. Opposite the main living room is a second bedroom with an attached full bathroom and walk-in closet. The villa has 10 ft. ceilings throughout with ceiling fans in all living areas including 2 fans on the front porch.
The Master has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable.
2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and a walk-in closet.
The Bonus Room includes a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV and sitting area.
The living room has a full-sized leather sofa, a love seat and an oversized lounge chair with a footstool. A built-in flat-screen TV with cable that swivels, a DVD Player and High-Speed Wireless Internet

This property had everything you need for a great beach trip with a gas grill for cooking outside!!! The place was decorated so cute and unique items that set it apart from the rest. There were 6 of us and we fit nicely. We will diffently book it again. 10/10 recommend.

We had not been to Martinique in some years but were regulars for years. It was just as nice as we remembered. Clean, efficient, friendly staff and safe and secure. We had an issue with our AC which was addressed asap and had a great stay. You won’t regret staying with Martinique.

This was the second year to rent Lumiere du Soleil. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. The new golf cart was a welcome change from last year! Some work needs to be done such as painting the outside and closing up the thresh-hold of the exterior door leading out to the grill area/deck. The security and maintenance personnel were friendly and helpful if needed.

We stayed in Lumiere du Soleil at Martinique. This is our second time staying at this resort. It's a well maintained, quiet place for a relaxing stay. There are rules here, but they're in place for the benefit of relaxation and convenience. The cottage as a nice cottage that was clean. Both pools are nice areas and the beach is clean. The security aspect is nice to have on site. Office people are very nice and accommodating. Plan to stay again at this resort
