This charming one-story three-bedroom, two-bath beach house offers close to 1,800 square feet of living space, two porches and a convenient one-car garage.
You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating.
In addition to the main living areas, there are three bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Other features include 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

The house was great. Distance to the beach was as expected. A little difficult having to move a car anytime we wanted to get the golf cart in or out of the garage.

It was as lovely as ever. We've been coming off-and-on for 20 years. It's my absolute happy place. The house was great. Only one thing I'd change - a slightly wider driveway, making entry and exit with the golf cart easier. But otherwise, our experience and the house couldn't have been better

Propane grill not in working order; golf cart promised at booking but not available; garbage not picked up on Monday as stated. Notified Harris Properties and was assured it would be addressed. Waiting patiently to see.....
