Distance to the sand is perfect. Rental unit was great. Beds were very comfortable, AC worked excellent. All plates and drinking glasses were Glass. we had toddlers so it would have been helpful if there had been some plastic plates and cups I would rent this unit again.

I would stay that the condo needs a really good cleaning I contacted brooks and shorey concerning bed bugs and was never called back I will not rent from them again
