Although it is a 1 bedroom unit . this unit is spacious enough to accommodate 6 guests. With bunk beds in the foyer, it allows you to provide the youngest members of your group with their very own space.
The master bedroom has King size bed and wall mounted flat screen will sure provide you with many cozy nights while you vacation with us!
As you step into the living room not only will you be greeted by the view but if you will rather stay indoors and enjoy a show the living area features a 49" UHD 4K Smart TV; the sofa turns into a queen size sleeper.. feel free to take a quick nap here you wont regret it! You can also enjoy the evening sunsets as you lounge on the balcony.
If cooking is your thing this kitchen is well stock to ensure your your ease of mind while you cook plenty of space on quartz countertops , the smooth top stove and over-the-range microwave are just an added bonus to this unit!.. do not be surprised to catch a dolphin or two swimming in the Gulf as this kitchen also features views of the beautiful Okaloosa Island.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit to take care of all your laundry needs!
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

This condo offers unbelievable views from the 5th floor balcony! No obstructions - right on the beach! This property is the closest to the beach of all the properties on the Okaloosa Island so the views to east and west are unobstructed! Very comfortable, this unit is definitely a MUST SEE!

My husband and I stayed the weekend here. It was a lovely condo, very clean. Maybe a pro for some, maybe a con for some, but the bed is super soft. I mean like really squishy. If you need a firm bed, it may be too soft for you.

Found bugs in drawer and under fridge. Roach on the wall. Roach spray under stove and garbage can. Off season but pool was freezing cold and not heated. Every single picture on wall was crooked for some reason. Some trash stuck to carpet. Beautiful view from balcony. We liked the no contact entry, you are able to just go to your door and enter code. Super easy to check in and out. Neighbors were quiet. Beach was clean and walking distance from parking lot. The place was a little outdated but nice for the price right on the Gulf. Would come back if these things are taken care of.
