This is the first time we have ever filled out a negative review for Emerald Towers West. We stay at Emerald Towers West and rent 3 condos for our family every fall. This year one of the condos was 1003. This is the worst condo we have stayed in. The kitchen cabinets were coming apart, the carpet had small nails sticking up, the bathroom light didn’t work (but maintenance came right out to fix it), the bathroom door wouldn’t lock and it was in rough shape. The master bed was very squeaky and it did not fit the bed frame. It’s just NOT a nice condo and needs a lot of work on it. We will stay at Emerald Towers West again; however, condo 1003 will not be a choice. Extremely disappointed in the up keep of this condo 1003. The balcony was well maintained, kitchen had a new dishwasher, pool was clean and heated, the outside property was well maintained.
