Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I are very busy preachers, parents and grandparents who also assist in the care with 85 and 86-year-old parents. We were tired and needed to get away,so we headed to Fort Walton Beach Florida with the prayer to find something nice and peaceful on a budget. When Colin told us to deal he had was to not believe it. It was an answer to our prayer. The condo was beautiful clean and had an amazing view from the living room and bedroom of the beach. We also had chairs and an umbrella reserve for us. This was such a wonderful stay. We will return.

I was a little disappointed at the cost of an early check-in when it’s just sitting there empty. It’s not the amount of money, just the fact that it takes no extra effort and it’s sitting there empty. Why Charge an extra amount when it didn’t cost you anything.I feel like that is a bit extra. The unit was clean with the exception of the ceiling fans. I was a little afraid to turn them on… that dust might fly off. Other than these two things, it was very nice.

It was a fantastic week, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The view was spectacular, the inside not so much. In the master bedroom one window was slightly opened and I couldn’t close it and the others wouldn’t lock. The master shower, I couldn’t get it to work. The toilet tissue and paper towels were very low quality. Where the lock hinge is on the door was broke. Absolutely no air in the elevator. There wasn’t any condiments nor plastic wrap. The internet did not work properly
