Located in Denia, the house "Jardines de Denia III" is just a short walk from the beach. Situated on the second floor and spread over two levels, the home features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to five guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine and television. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. The small bedroom and dining area have ceiling fans.
The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and there is a sofa bed for one person in the living room. The private outdoor area includes two large open terraces with sea views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. There is also a shared outdoor area with pool, garden and garden furniture. The terraces face north, so in winter (from mid-October to February) the breeze is cooler and more pleasant than in the summer months.
You will find restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets nearby, and the Platja de les Marines beach is only 400 metres away. The nearest airport is 105 km away. Free parking is available on the property. Pets and parties are not allowed. Towels and bed linen are included.

Pros: My family consisting in 2 girls aged 15 years , my husband and myself stayed 2 weeks in the appartment. The area where the buildings are is very open and sunny with facilities a 2 swiming pools, tennis courts, and garden. The area is closed. outside just accross the road, you can find good restaurannts and cafes. The appartment has 2 floors that is good to keep private life. Well equipped. Great view to the garden area, mountains and a glimpse to the sea. Walking distance to a huge beach. And walking distance to Denia town. Great starting place for walking or driving to the mountains where you can find small places. Denia has a lot to offer wrt. good restaurants, cafes, shopping places, market, jazz club, and just go around an "let the good times roll". I more than recommend it. The girls were very pleased. Trips we did by car starting from from this place: Valencia, Villa Joyosa, Benidorm, and even went to watch Tour de France.
