Apartment for rent in Dénia, carretera las Marinas km 1, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite).
The calm but all services, like bars, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, bus stop.... at les than 200 m, and the atmosphere of Denia a few minutes walk.
Private parking and exit to the beach (5 min walk) in front of the apartment.
Only 20m from the swimming pool and 250m from the beach of fine sand.
Large corner terrace with chilout area, with access from the master bedroom and the living room.
Air accondicionado (inverter cool-hot) in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms (enough for summer evenings) as well as central heating for cooler seasons.

We had such an amazing time in Denia. We have stayed in many properties in the past and our expectations were high. This property did not disappoint. The apartment is very clean and spacious with everything we needed. The pool area was clean and well kept and was never overly busy. The location was perfect we tended to get the bus into town (as too hot to walk) and walk back in the evening (20 minutes). The beach was a short walk, easy enough for my 70 year old in laws.
The communication throughout from Juan Manuel was excellent. As was the checking in process with Naoelle.
Thank you Juan for letting us stay, we hope to book up again for next year.

Cant fault the apartment, just a few tweaks would make it 5 stars.
Guest towels are very poor and old and shabby
The oven needs to fixed or anew one, we like to cook and could not because of no oven and hob not working fully.
The internet is totally weak, and we would not of rented the apartment if we knew beforehand, this was not acceptable.
Other than that, the location is good to Denia and the apartment was spacious and clean.
