Located in Denia, the house "Jardines de Denia III" is just a short walk from the beach. Situated on the second floor and spread over two levels, the home features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to five guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine and television. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. The small bedroom and dining area have ceiling fans.

Pros: sehr empfehlenswerte Wohneinheit, schöne Anlage, wir waren zufrieden.
Bis nach Denia kann man gut am Strand entlang laufen. 100m bis zum Strand ist eher unrealistisch aber auch kein Problem.
Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und vielleicht kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder, Danke

Pros: appartement super avec toutes les commodites.Environnement super avec ses jardins et ses4 piscines pas loin de la mer et de tous les commerces pour nous ce fut des vacances ideales et je pense y retourner

Pros: Très bel appartement en duplex et bien équipé. Nous avons passé 1 semaine entre amis et le fait de disposer de 2 salles de bain et terrasses est vraiment un plus. Pour la détente, il y a deux très belles piscines avec parc ombragé et la mer à 100m. Un bus passe toutes les 20 minutes au coin de la rue et vous dépose à Dénia. L'accès à la résidence est sécurisé et une place de parking privé y est à disposition. Je recommande chaudement cette location et remercie Ana Laura et Rosa pour leur gentillesse et aide apportée.
