This modern, spacious, and very well-equipped apartment offers an excellent base for a wonderful vacation. Our 3-bedroom penthouse apartment is ideally located in the small Los Carmenes complex, in the Las Marinas area of Denia. The sandy beach is just 200 meters away, as are numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartment overlooks the pool and garden area, the sea, and Mount Montgó. An elevator takes you to the third and top floor of the building. The apartment features a spacious living room with an open-concept kitchen, and sliding doors that open onto a private terrace with patio furniture. It has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and doors that open onto the terrace, as well as a double bedroom, also with access to the terrace. There is a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a third double bedroom. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The property was exactly as advertised – spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. The location is perfect - quite and just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Communication was excellent throughout. We received timely, detailed instructions and were warmly greeted upon arrival. We had a great time and would love to return in the future.
