Beautiful house and perfect location. Kids loved the beach and pool. Adults loved the view, proximity to the beach, and the fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the host/rep was excellent and very fast. No major problems with the house throughout the stay. One small problem was address immediately. All in all it was a great and fun trip.

SENSATIONAL!! Loved the was clean, beautiful view, had everything we wanted and needed and it was across the street from the beach! Who could ask for more?? :) We have been coming to OBX with our family for 10 years and this was our favorite house yet! We already booked it for next year!!

Location is best thing about this house. Steps to the beach. Overall the house is in ok condition. Definitely needs updates throughout. Pool was never cleaned. If you want to use the gas grill, you have to pay for a propane tank. We were told it is not included in the house rental. I had to call twice to get shower fixed in 2nd floor master bath. This could be a great vacation home but I will not return unless I know it has been updated.
