At this beautiful coastal cottage, The Legacy, in the pristine historic beach town of Corolla, you'll find a breathtaking ocean-view 6-bedroom house that offers endless opportunities for adventure - walk to beach in under a minute!
Immerse yourself in the soothing ocean views as you unwind by the outdoor pool or soak in the rejuvenating hot tub. Indulge in the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for crafting delectable meals to savor with loved ones. Curl up by the fireplace and enjoy the smart TVs with satellite/cable channels/apps, or challenge your family to a game of foosball in the game room or ping pong, corn hole & more. Venture out to the nearby Corolla Beach, just a 30-second walk; or bike to the nearby Corolla Historic park for breathtaking sunsets; explore the captivating Beach, under the safety of the lifeguard stand just steps from your doorstep. And, watch 4th of July fireworks right from the Legacy’s huge sun deck or under the cover of the large, comfortable screened porches! With amenities like free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and nearby pickle ball courts (community center), this cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure, ensuring an unforgettable vacation experience.
Amenities include but are not limited to: beach cruiser bikes, beach equipment (sand chairs, umbrellas), skim and wave boards, sand toys & games including Can Game, Spike Ball, pickleball, cooler and anything you need for a perfect beach day!

Before You Arrive:
To help ensure a safe and smooth stay, the following are conditions of booking and check-in: please complete the Rental Agreement (provided by Host), the guest registration form with all contact information, and have all adult guests (ages 29 and older) sign the Agreement.
Once these requirements are complete, your personalized contactless entry code will be provided during a brief check-in phone call, typically scheduled a few weeks before your arrival.
These steps help verify adult occupants, assist emergency responders if needed, and follow recommended lodging industry practices intended to help deter human trafficking. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
Additional Information:
Exterior monitoring camera(s) located at primary entrance(s)/exit(s) (never at pool or hot tub), and located on cottage EXTERIOR ONLY. Fireplace not available.
Community and area amenities such as gym, courts, etc. may come at an hourly or daily rate, changing from time to time. Call ahead to confirm availability and rate(s).
Pool heater available for a weekly rate - contact Manager for details after booking.

The house was immaculate and very well appointed. We cooked every night of our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a lifesaver. Loved the location and the neighborhood. Terri was a fantastic host!

We had the most wonderful beach week! Todd and Terri, thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Everything a family could need or want to make a week at the beach perfect, was at our fingertips. The outdoor spaces were wonderful and we enjoyed using every porch! Terri has been wonderful to work with and we are looking forward to making future Corolla memories! Thank You!
