About this house rental
Imagine how your vacation attitude will improve once you arrive at Latitude Adjustment as your beach vacation home! Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill community, it is a short walk (1800 feet) to the Tasman Drive beach access. If preferred, you can park in the small neighborhood parking lot just down the street near this beach access too. [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a large flat-screen TV to enjoy watching your favorite programs or admiring the beautiful views from the wraparound decks with panoramic vistas of the surrounding neighborhood and ocean. The dining area seats 8 and the kitchen bar counter seats 4-8 more persons if needed. The large kitchen is well-stocked and has plenty of counter space for the family “chefs”. A half bath is located near the kitchen. The first of 3 King Master Suites is located on this level with deck access to the back of the house; it has a shower/tub combo in its master bath. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]
MID LEVEL:
There are 4 bedrooms on the level: the second King Master Suite has a shower/tub combo for its master bath. Next there's a Queen Jr. Master Suite which has deck access and new furniture. It has a semi-private bath that is shared with the other 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has 2 Twin beds and the other has 2 Bunk Bed Sets for children.
GROUND LEVEL:
A large game room is available with a Pool table with a large flat-screen TV. There is a full-size refrigerator available and small kitchenette. Just outdoors, enjoy the large private pool (14' x 26') is available and a hot tub. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles.
EXTRAS:
This home is located near the Villages at Ocean community playground and basketball and volleyball courts. There is a limit of 6 rental guests (at this property) who can use any resort amenities at one time including the 2 community pools (one by the ocean and the other by the Fitness Center). There is fee to use either the VOH Fitness Center and the pickleball/tennis courts which is also limited to 6 users. Guests will have a pass for ONE vehicle to park at the community amenities that has an oceanside parking lot, access to Sharkey's, a full-service snack bar with bathrooms located by the beach boardwalk where you may choose to beachcomb, sun, swim or stroll on the pristine beaches of Corolla.

This property was big enough for our family. The layout was very nice and we had plenty of room/space. They provide a lot of kitchenware - everything you can think of or might need, they provide, which was awesome! They provide a lot of pool toys and beach accessories which was awesome as well! We loved the layout and the space of this home! The only downfall was the property was not very clean. Upon arrival it was very dirty on each floor/level - there were crumbs on the kitchen floor (not little spots either, was some big piles) that we had to sweep up. Some of the beds still had sand on the sheets. Overall, I would definitely recommend this space and would definitely stay here again..as we did enjoy this home very much and loved the space and the items that the home provided and also loved how close it was to the beach.

We enjoyed Latitude Adjustment very much. The kitchen was big enough for our large family and very well stocked with everything you can possibly need. One drawback was that the bunk room bed sheets were stained and looked dirty. It grossed out the kids. And in one of the queen bedrooms, the sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress. Maybe they were too small for the bed. The beach access wasn’t all that great either, but maybe we’re just spoiled from other places we’ve stayed at. The community center and pools weren’t exactly like they made it seem either. You had to pay for entrance into the gym which we thought was quite costly for one hr. And only 6 people were allowed into community pool at a time. But, no worries, we just stayed in the awesome pool and hot tub at the house. All in all we were all very pleased with Latitude Adjustment and may consider it again for our 2027 vacation.

House was great, very spacious, very clean. Only hiccup was with pool maintenance, but was addressed very quickly. Location was great, only 10 minute walk to beach access. There is a parking lot down the street for which a parking lot is provided, which results in a 3 minute walk to the beach, but it does fill up early. Family trip was for 13 people (8 adults, 5 children) and there was enough space for everyone. Would highly recommend!!
