The Sibillini Suite is a room of 32 square meters very bright and comfortable, with a small open gallery now integrated into the structure with a breathtaking view of the panorama.
The loggia is designed as a relaxation area, where you can lose yourself by watching the mountains and hills around in the various passages of light of the day, where you can converse with a glass of wine, listen to music or read in complete tranquility. This space can accommodate two more guests thanks to the sofa bed.
The Est Locanda has an exclusive stone garden, a hortus conclusus, equipped with a barbecue, a dining table and deck chairs, which can be accessed by going through a loggia sometimes real. Everything was oke, but to get into the nice garden is difficult. For breakfast we put everything in a backpack. The breakfast that was readty in the apartment was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay in this special apartment. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Lots of attention to detail. Special touches to make us feel at home. And Valentina was very responsive whenever to the few questions we had, and when internet access went out briefly. All in all, recommend it highly.

The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance and parking was less than a block away. Great place to stay.
