Substitute

We were told that the apartment was not available due to technical problems. substitute arrangements were made in a b&b next door for a reduced price. The people there were very friendly but the rooms were quite basic and not what we had had in mind.

Perfect!

The house is very nice, quiet and complete with all the necessary things you need for a night stay. Host provided information on how to reach the place and there was a person to meet us at the door. He also provided a few things for breakfast for the following day. He also left a few bottles of water and soft drinks for us. These are things he didn’t have to do but gave us a lot of pleasure and this means attention to the needs of your clients. Nearby you can find a lot of places where you can eat. The house is about a 18-20 mins up and down walk on cobblestones from the train station. It’s not an easy walk but not an impossible one. If you have big luggages you better take the taxi, the host will give you a number to call. There is no centralized air conditioning but a portable aircon can be found in the living room and an electric fan inside the bedroom. It was enough to cool the house and sleep comfortably.

Comodità e casa nuova

Informazioni complete prima del nostro arrivo e check-in a distanza. Casa confortevole al 2° piano. Salotto grande con divano letto e cucina attrezzata, camera da letto spaziosa. A due passi dalla piazza centrale; parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze o altrimenti a 10 minuti a piedi. Enrico ha risolto un imprevisto in tempi rapidi ed è stato decisamente disponibile. Abbiamo trovato dell'acqua e bibite in frigo, oltre a prodotti per la colazione e qualche cialda di caffè.

La location è centralissima, si raggiunge il centro storico a piedi in due minuti. Inoltre nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono bar e ristoranti per tutti i gusti. L'appartamento è silenzioso e molto fresco

Un po' di amarezza...

La posizione molto centrale

Le pulizie lasciano un po' a desiderare lo smaltimento della spazzatura non è in autonomia e il materasso del divano letto poco confortevole per più di un paio di notti. Infine una sola televisione... Non si può.

Ottimo alloggio per visitare Fabriano e dintorni

L'appartamento è molto bello e confortevole a pochi passi dal centro ma comodo ai parcheggi, vicino a ristoranti, bar e servizi. Luminoso e silenzioso.

Il soggiorno è stato molto interessante perché Fabriano è una citta molto antica con tanti monumenti

la posizione ottima vicinissima al Centro storico, dove ci sono: La Cattedrale di San Venanzio , la Pinacoteca, la chiesa di San Benedetto del Secolo XIII. Poi vicino c'è la Piazza del Comune e il Museo della Carta

Un piccolo gioiello nel centro storico di Fabriano. Ci sono comodi parcheggi nelle vicinanze e, una volta parcheggiato, si raggiunge velocemente. Ristrutturato con cura e buon gusto. Sono disponibili tutti i servizi fondamentali e anche degli extra che di solito non si trovano come la lavatrice. Il tutto, racchiuso in una corte privata, lontano da rumori. Giudizio molto positivo.

Struttura dotata di tutto il necessario per restare qualche giorno. Molto comoda la zona cucina e il necessario per la colazione. Gli appartamentini sono moderni e ben ristrutturati e soprattutto a due passi dal centro
