All nice and tidy. Clean. Easy access to the centre of wonderful Fabriano. Owner helpful and flexible le!
I did not notice anything bad. Judy look around for parking, depending on the time of the year I imagine but we did find free parking in October.

Great location, better for cooler weather stay.
Great location.
No air conditioning. It would have been fine with just the fans but it was too hot and we couldn’t leave the windows open due to mosquitos. The people in the above apartment vacuumed at 22:30.

Posizione ottima, centrale, appartamento silenzioso, ben arredato, edificio "medioevale" incantevole. Staff molto disponibile.

Centralissimo
La posizione centralissima. Vado da anni a Fabriano e questa volta io e la mia famiglia abbiamo deciso di restare più a lungo. Spostandoci principalmente a piedi ho trovato "Il borghetto medioevale suite perfetto per la sua centralità e allo stesso tempo vicinissimo al grande parcheggio libero di Fabriano. Angolo grazioso tra mille angoli graziosi, il piccolo appartamento è risultato perfetto per il nostro soggiorno ristrutturato di recente completo di arredi lineari ma completi. Pulito e corredato di utensili per cucinare.
Forse una controllata a qualche pentola/padella che non è compatibile col piano ad induzione.

Peccato per il climatizzatore rumoroso oltre ogni limite
Host presenti ad ogni richiesta con un check in molto dinamico.Appartamento arredato con razionalità con tutto quello che può servire ma con vero gusto. Pulizia al top. Accogliente e riservato con il cortiletto interno prima dell'entrata.
L'impianto di condizionamento è da incubo rumuroso come una lavatrice in centrifuga. In questi giorni di temperature torride dove diventa basilare pure nelle ore notturne è stato totalmente impossibile un riposo notturno a meno che spegnerlo e soffocare dal caldo. Un vero peccato che toglie il merito a tutto il resto.
