Tout était parfait,l accueil de nos hôtes a été exceptionnel ainsi que celui de leur chien baloo envers notre petite chienne.Les petits déjeuners et les repas faits maison pris sur la terrasse ont rendu ce séjour inoubliable. Le gîte est dans un cadre magnifique et mérite qu on y reste plusieurs jours tant il y a de choses à voir ds cette si belle région. L immense piscine est la cerise sur le gâteau..Tout était aussi très propre et très bien entretenu. Un grand merci à nos hôtes qui ont été toujours là pour nous conseiller sur les choses à voir ds la région et pour leur permanente gentillesse et disponibilité.

Il posto è meraviglioso, tra le colline, una pace incredibile. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili, in tutto. L'appartamento era pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Pagando in più abbiamo usufruito anche della colazione sul terrazzino (vista piscina e colline) con tutti dolci fatti in casa. Abbiamo anche cenato in struttura una sera e la signora Luigina ci ha cucinato lei stessa strangozzi alla spoletina, carne alla brace e dolce, tutto buonissimo. La strada per arrivare non è delle migliori, soprattutto di notte, ma d'altronde per avere un posto così si fa questo e bel altro. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che vogliono venire a scoprire le bellezze della Valnerina.

1) Appartement was clean. 2) Size is good (but we were with 4 and they sell it also for 7, which i can not recommend to book then) 3) my son was able to participate in a local football match.
To book this appartement (1st floor) was not a good idea for me and my family (2 children). Only if you are a nature lover, you will find it no probleem to drive about 20/25 minutes in the mountains to go to the supermarket or any other place to visit. Besides that, some other issues that we encounter (some of them have been mentioned on booking though): 1) No wifi in- or outside the appartement 2) You need bathing cap to enter the pool!!! (which they sell to you!) 3) pool closed between 14.00 en 16.00 (during hottest part of the day!!) 4) price on booking higher then on there own site (which is not allowed) 5) sitting area for the appartement is not attractive (place is dark, small and surface not flat), therefore we did not use it. 6) according to me this is not an agriturismo, you live on the 1st floor above the living area of the family. 7) Your balcony is above the terrace of the family, in the evening there's quite a lot noice from below and if they use the BBQ you have can enjoy the smoke. 8) We booked breakfast for 7 euro p.p. based on the reviews on booking.com but we were very disappointed (one stale muffin and some slices of bread with scrambled eggs). 9) Only the daugher speakes english (was only on our 1st day present).
I have booked many agriturismo's in Italy during a lot of years but infortunately to mention this was the worst experience so far (and with 910 euro's in the higher price range). But if you like hiking very much in the middle of nowhere, this is the place to be for you!
