The two-storey holiday home offers simple yet functional furnishings and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and active holidays. Up to three pets are welcome here, so the whole family can relax together. On the mezzanine floor there is a cosy living room with a fireplace and dining area, ideal for sociable evenings. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with the most important cooking utensils. Thanks to the large windows, the house is flooded with light and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
The large, fully fenced garden invites you to relax and play. Enjoy al fresco meals on the terrace with barbecue or use the spacious garden for a game of badminton, table football or table tennis. Mountain bikes are available for active guests for a fee.
The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and cycling routes. Go canoeing on the River Clitunno, try rafting on the River Nera or go fishing on a nearby private lake. The Marmore waterfalls, Assisi and Lake Trasimeno are all worth a visit. The owner organises guided tours and sports activities on request.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni ed eravamo in 3 persone.
Manca qualche attrezzo da cucina, fondamentale, quale uno scolapasta, qualche ciotola per insalate, ed altri comuni attrezzi da cucina, sempre se si vuole cucinare in casa.
Per il resto tutto bene anche se il costo del metano è un po' caro; abbiamo pescato una settimana un po' piovosa e ci siamo beccati il raffreddore, quindi abbiamo usato il riscaldamento e alla fine... il prezzo da pagare è stato alto.
Il posto comunque è tranquillo e a pochi km dalle più suggestive città dell'umbria; Spoleto è a 15 minuti, Foligno, Spello a mezzora, Perugia a 45 minuti circa.
