Corte Fratini is set in a peaceful and beautiful location. We were lucky to be hosted by Sandra who was friendly and helpful. She received and gave our luggage to the courier so that we could walk along the Via de Francesco. We enjoyed our short stay here.

Location was perfect for our family wedding in Trevi. We stayed 4 nights and Sandra was very helpful. Room was terrific and comfortable and pool was a bonus!

the apartment was clean and cozy. it has a nice fireplace and all the things you can need for a couple of days of relax

Exceptional

Perfect location that offers the authentic beauty of a Tuscan country house. Very close to the thermal baths of Saturnia and a strategic point to visit the nearby villages. The breakfast is excellent, prepared following our dietary requirements, as well as having a very pleasant conversation with the ladies. Magical place, I hope to go back!

Zeker een prima locatie om te verblijven

Een mooie locatie. Hele aardige host. Prima appartement met alle voorzieningen. Zwembad erbij maar het was net minder mooi weer helaas toen wij er waren. Anders hadden we er zeker gebruik van gemaakt.

Het appartement voelt wat smoezelig aan. Hondenharen op de bank.

L'ambiente in cui è collocato, rustico e accogliente. Ottimo l'allestimento interno, non manca niente! Tutto molto pulito, ordinato e spazioso. Zanzariere ovunque e aria condizionata nei 3 ambienti🥰Sandra sempre disponibile e con il sorriso!

La piscina entra in ombra presto a causa della struttura eretta lateralmente per ospitare cerimonie e rinfreschi Però molto suggestiva la vista e acqua sempre pulita

Perfekt

Auf der Durchreise nach Rom wollten wir uns noch 2 Tage Ruhe gönnen. Wir waren genau richtig. Toller Pool, toller Hof Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Super nette Gastgeberin. Danke Sandra für die tolle Empfehlung Rasiglia zu besuchen.

Contesto tranquillo e accogliente immerso nella natura e in posizione strategica per visitare l’Umbria. L’appartamento è accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort. Bella la piscina e la possibilità di utilizzare il barbecue e gli spazi esterni. La signora Sandra ti mette a tuo agio e ció rende l’esperienza indimenticabile. Ritorneremo!

Odlična nastanitev in izhodišče za mnoge znamenitosti in ativnosti tega lepega dela Umbrije.

Lokacija je bila odlična; mirna in urejena okolica. Sandra naju je zelo lepo sprejela in povedala priporočila za obisk turističnih znamenitosti. Za vsa vprašanja je bila na voljo prek telefona, vibra.

Nekoliko slabša vzmetnica (mehka). A to ne pokvari celostne odlične izkušnje.

L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa e l'host ha avuto anche la cortesia di aiutarci nel reperire l'olio nel caso di necessità. La struttura è molto accogliente e pulita. Il letto era comodo e la doccia molto ampia.

Bella villetta immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità

Villetta molto bella in una corte piena di verde e molto tranquilla. A due passi da città da visitare come Spoleto, Trevi, Rasiglia ecc...

Il bagno (inteso come lavandino e piani d'appoggio) è un pò piccolino ma non credo che questo aspetto si possa migliorare. La doccia, al contrario, è molto grande e comoda.

Soggiorno confortevole e piacevole, tornerei in questa struttura

Posto meraviglioso, sia esternamente che internamente, una vera pace per rilassarsi e sopratutto un luogo davvero curato e confortevole. Oltre ad essere una bella struttura contornata dal verde e vari luoghi d'interesse raggiungibili in pochi minuti, il valore aggiunto è stata la signora con i capelli rossi dolcissima e disponibilissima che ci ha accolto e supportato in tutto il soggiorno, una donna che da veramente un tocco in più al posto in quanto quando si incontrano persone cosi ti migliorano anche la vacanza. Complimenti.
