Wonderful friendly welcome. Delicious breakfast on terrace looking down the mountain.

Absolutely beautiful property. We only wish we had arrived earlier in the day to enjoy more of it. We arrived on foot from Foligno, and got a bit lost, we called for directions, and Maria actually drove out to find us and drive us in! So kind. Maria and her mother prepared a superb breakfast, fresh baked cakes/breads, everything from their farm. We'd happily stay here again, and for longer next time.
