Great location. Close to beach and beautiful ocean view. Wouldn’t recommend for a stay longer than a weekend. Unit is very small with not a lot of amenities.

The location was absolutely perfect! Unfortunately for my husband and I we went during a cold snap , however we still enjoyed listening to the waves from our balcony! The view was great! We were provided a good start of things needed for our stay!! There is a few things that need addressed- the shower was not very clean, it needs a good scrub, the corners are really bad, and the shower doors are covered in hard water spots! Then the bed, it was so hard, I had a hard time sleeping and staying comfortable, I am use to a softer bed…I have slept on harder mattress before but I think this one was definitely the worst! Even with the few things that need addressed we had a nice stay, I wished it was warmer for us but that is a chance you take!

Located on the 4th floor of what used to be a motel now turned to vacay rentals.
Let me start with the positives.
Great location
Ocean view
Easy access
Now for the needs improvement
My feet were black after going barefoot. So we had to wear shoes. Which made us wonder about the cleanliness of the whole place.
The bathroom wasn't spotless. The shower doors are hard to see through due to soap scum. Tiles could use a good scrub.
Corners of the whole place were filled with sand.
We had a late lunch and decided to grab charcuterie fixings and wine and sit on the balcony to watch the sun set. But, we had to sweep that and clean the table and chairs first, which were filthy.
The matress didnt lend itself to comfort. It was lumpy and bumpy. As was the cushion of the accent chair.
If you smoke be prepared to have to walk through the dark at night with no lights to the furthest corner of the property to enjoy a smoke with no lights.
Speaking of lighting
The room itself could use 1 or 2 more lamps with warm lighting as opposed to the glaring bright light in the single lamp. The only other lighting is strip lighting on the ceiling which is right beside the bed which is pretty much the kitchen.
I'd like to end this on a good note.
Most of this can be overlooked. Except the cleanliness. This needs to be addressed asap. As well as the mattress.
It did have everything we needed for our 2 night stay.
The owner was attentive when I texted with a couple of minor issues.
