Welcome to “The Shore Thing”, condo #318, at the Island Inn Resort on Treasure Island. The charming studio efficiency is located directly on the beach. If you’re looking for stunning views, incredible sunsets, endless stretches of sandy beach and sparkling water - you’ve arrived!
Clean and comfortable, the condo accommodates up to three adults (or two adults and two small children) with a king-sized bed and a pullout sofa with an upgraded full/double mattress.
Featuring a private balcony facing Treasure Island's magnificent seashore and a year-round heated beachfront pool; “The Shore Thing” also offers many amenities and extras.

-The beachfront studio kitchen includes a stovetop, backsplash and countertops. The kitchen also has a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, coffee maker, countertop oven and a full complement of pots/pans, dishes and utensils.

-The bathroom has a custom-tiled walk in shower and a separate bath vanity featuring a wall-mounted magnifying mirror and hair dryer. The condo also includes an iron/ironing board, laundry basket and many other amenities that will help make your stay more comfortable.
-For your indoor entertainment there’s a 43” flat screen TV, Cable, free Wifi, and an assortment of games, puzzles, books and magazines.
Along with its beachfront pool, Island Inn Resort features two boat docks/fishing piers, free parking (overflow parking is across the street), a poolside Tiki Bar, outdoor showers, BBQ grills and beach volleyball. The lobby has an ATM and complimentary coffee. An ice machine and a coin laundry facility are located on the resort’s 2nd floor. Awesome views from the balcony!...Couple of things that you should be aware of, The shower head was partially clogged, I had to work on it a little to unclog a bunch of ports on it, and kitchen table leaf only had one support and we went to move the table out away from wall and the whole top lifted off of the frame. We made due and had a great long weekend...Thank you

We absolutely loved the location and how accessible it was to the beach. You could basically go downstairs and you’re right in the sand. However, the cleanliness was an issue. When we arrived, there was sand all over the floor and you couldn’t be barefoot without your feet being black. When we got in bed the first night, the sheets had sand all in them and I had to shake them out on the balcony which makes me wonder how they were washed if all it took was shaking them to remove the sand. They were also stained with some sort of brown stains toward the top of the bed. The shower had sand all in it. There were only two of us but I wouldn’t recommend any more than two people staying here at a time, as it is quite small. I highly encourage the owners to invest in a new cleaning crew because this rental has so much potential. We would definitely stay here again if it was a bit cleaner!

The condo was beautiful and the view amazing. Parking was good for the most part. Cleanliness was our issue. The bed was full of sand when we pulled back the comforter and the top sheet. We actually had to strip the bed and shake the sheets out outside. The floor was also very dirty and full of sand. The coffee pot had not been cleaned, simply rinsed out. We wiped it out with a paper towel before washing and it was covered with coffee residue and had remnants of coffee in the bottom of the pot.
