About this house rental
Shore to Please: 5BR/4.5BA pool home in Vilano Beach sleeps 15. Watch sunrises from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, lounge by the pool or hot tub, play ping pong in the garage, or BBQ on the back deck with Intracoastal sunset views. Less than a block from the beach and just 10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine, it’s perfect for family vacations or group getaways.
We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.
Located on Vilano Beach just two blocks north of a nice public beach access point with plenty of parking, a playground, restrooms, and a walking bridge over to the beach.
Guests will have access to the entire property minus a locked closet under the stairs.
First Floor:
- Garage with washer/dryer, ping pong table, & golf cart
- Bedroom with King bed & sofa bed
- Full bathroom
- Wet bar with sink, mini fridge, coffee station
Second Floor:
- Main living area of the home (kitchen, dining, living room)
- Half bath
Third Floor:
- Primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom #3 with queen bed
- Bedroom #4 with a full over full bunk bed & twin trundle
- Full bathroom in hallway (shared by bedrooms #3 and #4)
Pool House:
- Bedroom #5 with full bed
- Full bathroom
- Sofa, dining table
- Kitchen with full size fridge, sink, microwave, coffee station
Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.
Pool is heated seasonally.
Standard occupancy is limited to 10 adults plus children under 12.

The house was very accommodating for a large group of people. All the amenities were great especially the pool. Also the neighborhood was quiet with very close proximity to the beach! We loved it!

The house was great. We had plenty of room for our entire family, lots of room to spread out across the property. Minor AC issue was caught and taken care of the day we arrived.
Great property management, would definitely rent through Elite again.
