About this house rental
Your tropical paradise awaits! Custom 6BR/4BA Vilano Beach home sleeps 19. Enjoy ocean breezes from 5 spacious balconies, watch sunsets over the Intracoastal, or relax in the hot tub. The enormous garage is loaded with amenities for endless fun, making this the ultimate getaway for large families or groups.
We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.
Guests will have access to the entire home minus a few locked closets in the living room and garage.
1st Floor:
- Oversized garage / rec room with a pool table, shuffle board table, basketball game, couch, tv, table & eight chairs, fridge.
- Brand new hot tub
- Bedroom #1 with a king bed, sofa bed, tv, & ensuite bathroom. This room is off of the garage and separate from the main living area of the home.

Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.
Standard occupancy is limited to 10 adults plus children under 12.
There are exterior cameras on the driveway and front porch.

Home was beautiful. Very spacious, clean and inviting. We were a party of 15. Living areas very large, large kitchen and multiple well appointed dining areas. Bedrooms comfortable and baths large and well appointed. Play area downstairs in garage area offered multiple activities. Minutes from the beach. We were so impressed. Hosts always very responsive. Wonderful place for large family.

Just as it was described.Large and spacious so our party of 19 had plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The long counter was perfect for grandkids to sit and eat. Kitchen was nice and spacious. Plenty of tables for eating or game play. Beds were comfortable

Overall, our stay was lovely. Family trip of 17 guests (15 stayed overnight). The house is a great size with lots of room to mingle on the 2nd level. It is well stocked with glasses, dishes, and silverware. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and appreciated all of the amenities of the house (note, also a short drive into downtown St. Augustine). I did not have a chance to use the golf cart, but the family did and thought that was a really nice perk to have. The issues we ran into were that the hot tub was not cleaned before our arrival so we didn't get to use it until our last full day and many of the cookie sheets/pans and glasses were greasy, leaving me having to wash everything before use. Lastly, the 1st floor bedroom comes with a very strong smell, one that lingers in your clothes, well after you have left the space. Mildew, mold, I am not sure. Note: towel availability is tight, so plan to bring some as backup. Each person was allotted one towel, one washcloth and there was only one hand towel per bathroom. With 15 ppl using the bathroom on the 2nd floor (that's the floor with the kitchen, tables and sitting area) we had to do more wash than we would have liked on vacation. If you plan to use the sleeper sofas and trundle, maybe bring a few extra blankets or sheets bc we were 1 bed short.
