About this house rental
Welcome to Magnolia & Pearl by JK2Properties, a luxury 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom St. Augustine beach house just down the street from the sand in Vilano Beach.
Professionally designed from top to bottom, Magnolia & Pearl combines elevated coastal interiors with the amenities of a private resort. This is a St. Augustine vacation rental designed for families, friends, multi-family vacations, celebrations, and group getaways where spending time at the house is every bit as exciting as exploring the coast.
The showstopper is your own private pickleball court.
Start the morning with coffee and a match, spend the afternoon moving between Vilano Beach, the private pool and hot tub, then gather for drinks at the bar or settle around the fire pit beneath the string lights.
Inside, five beautifully designed bedrooms provide stylish private retreats, while multiple gathering and entertainment spaces give your group plenty of room to spend time together.
The dedicated billiards and game room takes game night seriously with a pool table, poker table, shuffleboard, foosball, darts, and more. An indoor bar and lounge create another space for cocktails, conversation, and relaxed evenings at home.
Outside, Magnolia & Pearl transforms into your own private coastal playground.
Swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub, challenge your group to pickleball, lounge poolside, grill dinner at the outdoor bar, rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower, dine outside, or gather around the fire pit after sunset.
When you're ready to explore, Vilano Beach is just down the road, while the history, restaurants, shopping, cocktails, attractions, and unmistakable atmosphere of St. Augustine are within easy reach.
Magnolia & Pearl isn't simply a place to sleep between beach days. It's a luxury Vilano Beach retreat designed to become part of the vacation itself.
