The ultimate large-group beach getaway — a newly built (2023) 6-bedroom villa sleeping 16+, with 10 beds and 4 full baths, just steps from Vilano Beach. Spend your days between the sand, your private heated saltwater pool and hot tub, and North Shores Park directly across the street with pickleball, tennis, basketball, and a playground for the kids.

A short, flat walk puts your toes in the sand at Vilano Beach — the quieter, local side of St. Augustine, with no high-rises and no crowds. North Shores Park sits directly across the street, and Publix, restaurants, and coffee are minutes away in the Vilano Beach Town Center. Historic downtown St. Augustine — the Castillo, St. George Street, and the famous Nights of Lights (mid-November through January) — is just 10 minutes over the bridge. Golfers: three courses within 35 minutes, the closest just 15.

Our family was celebrating or 50th anniversary with a trip to the Beach. We decided on St Augustine, Fl. The North Shore Villa was available to house the 14 of us for the week. It was everything that was promised, warm, inviting andSo convenient to the Beach as well as everything the area offered. We enjoyed our time there and Jocelyn was a welcoming and provided all the support that were needed. It will be a week we all remember for a long time. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat of the day.

This was a great property, especially for a family reunion. Everything was clean and Jocelyn was great in communicating to make sure things were in order. The best part of the property was the pool house. It was great for the grandparents to be involved but still have a place to relax and regroup. The house is close to the beach which is not as crowded as some of the places along the Florida coast. The park was an added attraction for the younger ones. I would recommend this property for anyone one who is looking for a great place with a big group!

The beach villa is located on a side street with very little traffic, but also still very close to everything you need. Even though we visited in the summer, beach was not crowded. Publix and some restaurants close by, with all of the St. Augustine activities only 10 min away. Less than 5 min (easy) walk to the beach. Nice community playground area across the street with swings and playset/slides. The pool is completely enclosed with 2 gates that latch at the top, making it safe for your little ones. We had 3 under the age of 5 and never felt like their safety was challenged. Plenty of pool towels provided. Kitchen has ample cookware, glasses and dishes if eating in is your style. Plenty of seating at dining room table and kitchen counter. Washer and dryer were a huge help to keep towels ready for next pool trip. Beds were very comfortable, with good closet space to store luggage and other items. Host provided several children accessories - portacrib, high chair and bed rail for bunk bed room (which is super cute!). Pool house offered extra space for family with lots of little one stuff. Game room upstairs in main house provided some extra family fun. One of the best things about this property is the host. VERY responsive and handled all questions/minor issues so promptly. You could tell she sincerely cared about making sure your stay was the best possible.Would definitely stay here again when visiting the St. Augustine area.

The positives: Having the pool and hot tub heated was amazing. The weather was crummy but we were able to use the hot tub every day. The hosts were great communicators and very responsive. The house had a nice kitchen and bathrooms, but the furniture (the couches in the main living space) were terrible. The house was nice but lacked a few amenities we would expect, like soap for the showers, wine glasses, coffee cups in the guest house, extra towels, etc. The guest we arrived with felt the sheets were not clean and all washed their sheets prior to use - there was visible hair on the beds and black specs. We had issues with the access - having to get every guest to download an app to open the doors was a pain as the front keypad kept falling off.
