Four couples stayed for a long weekend and had a blast exploring Austin. The house is absolutely gorgeous with upgraded everything-easily, the nicest place we have ever rented. We had an architect and IT nerd with us and they couldn't stop geeking out about the features of the house! The hot tub was an amazing bonus and overlooked a small ravine.

Our stay at the Farm House was FANTASTIC!! They made it so easy for us to gain access and the house is Beautiful! I went with my family for the second week of ACL and it was perfect. Walking distance to the park, great restaurants and shops all around and the house had more amenities than we could ask for. Everything in the house was labeled and had instructions. There were no questions with anything associated with the sound along with the while home entertainment system. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

We enjoyed our stay at The House of Yes for our son’s UT graduation weekend. It was perfect for parents and grandparents to gather to celebrate. This was our second stay…first time was in 2022 for our daughter’s UT graduation. Beautiful house in a safe and convenient neighborhood, with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was super simple and John was easy to communicate with during our stays.

This home was perfect for our family to gather from all over the US for an engagement party downtown! We ranged from 1 year olds to 65 year old. We had plenty of room and loved the kitchen and everything it had to offer. The little ones loved the pool. The home is only a few minutes drive from downtown. We had some early check in and late check out issues due to sleep schedules with three babies and our host was very accommodating. The home was spotless. I highly recommend this place for all that it has to offer.

We stayed NYE weekend for my sister’s wedding, and it was the perfect size for all of us! The driveway was shared, which I wished was made more clear beforehand since we had 3 cars, but the street was quiet enough to always find parking nearby or in front. The two bedrooms on the main floor was perfect for my parents and grandparents. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed, and communication was great! The only bummer during our stay was not being able to figure out how to turn the Wii on for the kids (they did get someone to reach out later but we were already at the wedding venue) and the parking. Hot tub warmed up quickly and everything was well explained in the manual. Overall was a comfortable and CLEAN stay!

The pool/hot tub was dirty but the management resolved quickly so we were able to enjoy one day. Beds were reallly comfortable (though 2 had to sleep on the smaller beds on the throes floor but they said it was comfortable) Only tip would be to provide list of nearby restaurants or grocery stores. Would recommend!

The space is thoughtfully and tastefully designed and there are both great communal gathering areas and private spaces. The steam shower and giant spa pool really stood out as unique amenities. This is a great property that comes as advertised and more! Great communication with the host and the house had everything we could think of needing. Plenty of room, quality furnishing and decor. The only issue was the bug/roach problem in the game room. Only saw bugs in that one area on the top floor so possibly and easy fix. Would definilty recommend once that is taken care of.

My friends and I had the most wonderful time staying at this property. We had a group of 9 and it fit us all comfortably. I was so impressed with the cleanliness, organization, and easiness of the process. It is an awesome location in regards to food and fun in Austin. Most things were within walking distance for us, and if not, just a short Uber ride away. We left feeling comfortable, relaxed, and had the greatest time. If i’m ever back in Austin, i’ll book this place again!

This home is stunning! It is full of large windows that look over trees, making you feel like you’re in a tree house. It is equipped with everything you would need with respect to appliances, kitchen supplies, pool towels, etc. The house has a full house speaker system that you can use through your phone. And the pool/hot tub was wonderful. Highly highly recommend!
