Charming and fun private home with parking and 91 walk score! It`s a walkers paradise Near the best of S Austin. Walk to Congress, S 1st and S Lamar. Music, restaurants, parks. Walk to ACL Festival. Or stay home and enjoy the pool and fancy beds! This home features two fully stocked kitchens and two living rooms. There are six bedrooms and four full bathrooms; three have showers, and one a bathtub. The downstairs living room opens to the pool, creating a dancing light show on the ceiling at night with a touch of the skyline. Upstairs, the living / dinning room looks out over the Austin city skyline, also an enjoyable vantage point for neighborhood people and dog watching . Upstairs has a totally private outdoor balcony for sunbathing, coffee, and dining. This upstairs living and dinning area has two daybed-style sofas, perfect for napping. The property is fully gated with plenty of room to play and enjoy the two ancient oak trees. 4 off-street parking spots. There is a grill by the pool The dual-kitchen layout is ideal for families or groups with different dietary needs. Pool Heating: The pool is heated to 82°F.

This house was perfect for 12 members of an extended family. We rented both apartments and shared use of the pool and grounds. Everything was squeaky clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. David was super responsive to our needs, providing high chairs, pack-and-plays and kitchen extras since we needed to do some baking during our stay. Highly recommended!
