Welcome to our comfortable condo in the heart of Princeville. Hale Moi is located across the street from Hideaways Beach access and just minutes-walk to one of Kauaʻi’s most beautiful views of Bali Hai mountain and sunsets.
The condo features a new king-size bed in a loft perched upstairs, with new bedding as well as air conditioning, updated decór, and new koa-wood-look flooring throughout (please note: the bedroom loft is accessed by a sturdy ladder. Guests must be comfortable climbing up and down. It’s fun, see our photos!). From the outdoor lanai (patio), enjoy peaceful views of the surrounding mountains and Kauai’s lush greenery.
Thoughtfully stocked with everything you need from full kitchen amenities and appliances to beach and snorkeling gear, you’ll be close to popular beaches, scenic overlooks, golf, pickleball, restaurants, and shopping, while still enjoying the peaceful beauty of the North Shore. Just down the street is the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, which offers more beautiful grounds, dining, and additional amenities.
Being in Princeville means convenience. The Princeville Shopping Center is just minutes away, making it easy to pick up groceries at Foodland, grab gas, visit local shops and galleries, stop at the ATM or enjoy restaurants and bars nearby.

We ADORED this condo! It was well prepared for a convenient and cozy stay. There is a very vertical ladder up to the loft, but it wasn't a problem. Just know what to expect :) We found the washer/dryer incredibly helpful, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved the balcony and chairs, the beach "toys," and the comfortable couch. There were beach towels, coffee filters, and even laundry detergent.The *only* frustration is parking. There is 1 spot for 2 condos. The owner's instructions told us we could park on the edge of the lot near the road, but that wasn't the easiest, and we did hope our rental car wouldn't get hit (it was fine). It'd be helpful to note that in the description so folks know what to expect. The parking situation did not at all hinder our experience - we would absolutely book this place again! It was a short walk from Hideaway Beach, and if you don't want to brave the trail down there, you can see a spectacular sunset from in between the condo and beach - just get there early if you want to get one of the benches! Everyone seems to know that it's the best place to go.The owner worked with us to do a later-than-expected checkout when a fall on a trail took us to urgent care. It was a last-minute request, and we were grateful that they worked with us.Great stay!

Condo is in a great location, quiet, and private. Great little lanai and view for morning coffee and breakfast. It got a little warm in the loft even though we had the A/C running. There was a fan there but it didn't seem to work. Kitchen is pretty well stocked, but was missing a couple basic things like measuring spoons (We only needed for measuring coffee, but would have been handy to have.) Pictures represent the condo well. Living room carpet is worn and needs replacing but would not be a factor in whether we stayed again. The shower was great and had great water pressure, which you don't find everywhere! Overall, great stay and good value for the money!

Pros: The air conditioning saved us because the loft gets very warm ! Beach amenities were providedUmbrellas for guests to useMoisturizer, bug spray, mineral sunscreen were available if one wanted to use themThe mountain views were lovely.Washer , dryer and laundry detergent were available to use.Great location, ( close to Foodland and hideaway beach)Cons: I saw ants crawling around in the kitchen. A small gecko that managed to get in through the opening under front door. (I believe these are harmless , so we just ignored it. My partner managed to drive a second one out) There was a coffee maker but no coffee.Tip: Make sure to save check in /checkout instructions and directions before you arrive, because we had no internet signal when we arrived, and those saved instructions helped us find parking and enter smoothly.
