Hale Moi condominiums lie in the heart of Princeville, right off of the legendary Prince golf course and breathtaking overlook into Hanalei Bay. Princeville is a private golf course community with other popular hotels like the The One and the Westin Resort inside the community gates. Within steps is Hideaways Beach and Restaurant, and Princeville Shopping Center, just minutes away, offers visitors an array of restaurants, bars, shopping, and galleries, with live music nights and more necessities like a grocery store and gas station where you can fill up before traveling into the next beautiful towns of Hanalei, Waineha, and our legendary "end-of-the-road" beaches and hiking--Ke'e beach, Hanakapiai Falls, Kalalau Trail, and more. More nearby attractions include snorkeling, surfing, and boat tours. This newly renovated studio offers air conditioning, a king size bed, WiFi, a 52” smart TV along with cable and appliances such as coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, medium-sized fridge and freezer, cups, mugs and different cutlery. Unit is equipped with all linens as well as beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards for guests' enjoyment. NOTES: --- • Please respect that this is a non-smoking unit and any guest must smoke outside by parking lot. We also ask that you do not leave any alcoholic beverages in the fridge upon leaving. There are large trash bins outside in the parking lot. 🙏
• All guests have free parking outside of unit in any "permit" slots, and the parking pass is inside the unit. It must be visibly placed inside of your vehicle. PLEASE remember to return the parking pass inside of the unit upon departure, as there is a $25 fee if lost. • Please be sure to replace keys immediately back into lock box each time you unlock the unit.

Everything was great except the bed is close to the windows and they have no curtains or drapes or covers to keep out the traffic lights. The light shine is very bright which makes it hard to sleep throughout.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay again. Our only complaint is that the dishware, specifically the coffee mugs, were not clean (gross) and the microwave was a little knarly inside. The bed was comfortable, there were beach items to use, and a nice deck with a Mountain View.

Really enjoyed the aesthetic of this rental as well as its great location! The balcony overlooks trees that were teeming with beautiful birds and the golf course. Our favorite beach was within walking distance which is truly special since there are only 10 parking spots for the entire beach.

Very cute and cozy place with an amazing view. Only setback was not being able to find parking a few times. Overall would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed 2 nights after our original condo reservation developed a water leak issue and we had to vacate. Everything was as described in the listing, no complaints. If we stayed longer, we would've missed not having a kitchen, but for short stays, it's perfect. If you leave the AC on at night, you will need earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, don't hesitate to book.

The beauty of princeville and the entire north shore surpasses everything else. Just wow. This was the perfect place and had everything we needed for the trip. It was clean, spacious, and had great amenities including the beach gear. Parking was no issue- in the few occasions our space was filled we were easily able to park in the adjacent lot in a permit spot. All our needs were met and when a small issue arose it was addressed super promptly. Great hosts and great property!

The Princeville area is the best for beauty! This condo listing supplied by owner stated there were beds for 3 adults. The couch did not “pull out” and a thin camping mattress was provided. NOT good for sleep! Change the accommodation description please!

Great location for golf, dining options access to Hanalei beach. Nice property host. MAKE SURE your condo comes with a "numbered" parking space near the unit. Mine came with a parking "permit" which are issued to guests of condo owners. Unfortunately, "Permitted" spaces stayed occupied with unpermitted vehicles - and the problem is not monitored. Parking lots are small for each building and we ended up having to park 3 to 5 lots further down the road every night because all the "Permitted" spaces near our building were occupied overnight.

Celebrated our anniversary, princeville is nice abd clean. This vrbo has a nice privacy aspect to it. The jungle is right outside the back door. The green anole lizards were so cool! Everything in the rental was clean and tidy, we will go back in the future.

Small but efficient place to stay for 2 adults and 1 teenager. Had everything we needed- beds, microwave, fridge, balcony, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. We were able to walk to Hideaway Beach for snorkeling. Walking trails were also close by. Like everyone else said parking was confusing at first but they resurfaced the lot when we were there so hopefully the numbers on the spaces will be more visible.

Beautiful garden views off the lanai and a short walk down the road is a beautiful spot to take in the ocean and sunset views (lookout). Stayed only a couple of nights but the studio was fine and had the necessities for a short visit (personally we'd like more room if we were to stay more than 2 nights). Though we didn't use them, there are towels, chairs, cooler and beach items for use--even refreezable icepacks in the freezer! Host quickly answered any questions I had.

Very clean place with an amazing balcony. Everything we needed for our stay was there (soaps, cloths, dish sponges, even some nice touches like pens and sticky notes). There are not enough parking spots for the complex so people were getting creative with parking overnight to avoid hefty road parking fines.

The accommodations were great for our stay in Hanalei. The property is set within Princeville and is within walking distance of the Hideaway Lookout which provides great views of the ocean, Hanalei, and the beautiful mountains beyond. The back deck looks out on a secluded wooded area complete with a few chickens for a wake up call. For those wanting to sleep in a bit, the sliding doors really blocked the sound. The only challenge we had was arriving a bit late and the darkness preventing us from easily identifying our unit (low numbers are on the east and increase towards the west) as well as the parking spot labels which were hard to read, especially at night. Fortunately it wasn’t crowded and the other folks were super easy going so it was really a non-issue. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife daughter and I stayed here for three nights until the rest of our family joined us in a larger place. This place is great for a short visit as it has all you really need. A bed, pullout couch, small fridge and microwave. I wouldn’t have stayed here any longer, as we like to cook our own meals, but it was great for what we needed. The owner got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and allowed us to checkout two hours later, which was great for us and moving places.

The place is quite good. The studio is well decorated. Nice neighborhood too. Perfect for two, somewhat less so for three. We had a problem with bedding, but the manager resolved it quite efficiently, and we had a great time. Just note, that there is no full kitchenette, but with the fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and a small set of dishware, minimal breakfast needs can be met.

Very good value for this condo in a very nice and green neighborhood. It is really great to be able to just walk from the condo to the beach. All in all we were very happy and satisfied with our stay here and would certainly like to come back. Perhaps the numbers on the parking lot can be redone. We had sometimes difficulty finding the right parking space (both for this condo and for permit space.

Had a decent enough stay in Princeville. First, positives... Princeville and Hanalei are great, quiet enclaves with cool local amenities, including easy access to outdoor adventures and beaches. The unit is just up the road from a beach and nearby Queen's Bath (currently closed). It was stocked for the most part As far as cons, it's probably all personal preference... The unit is essentially a studio apartment. I'm a relatively light sleeper, and there was a lot of light from the outside lights that came in through the front windows, and the AC unit was pretty noisy (but kind of a necessary evil considering how warm it was). Also, we asked for washcloths and it took a full day to get a response from the owner, and we didn't get the washcloths until the following day. All that to say, no major complaints, but also for the money we spent I was hoping for more.

Took my first solo trip and this was the perf little spot for me. Really great if you’re just coming to sleep but still has good appliances if needed! Absolutely loved the back patio and that it was SO close to hideaways beach. Great that it had parking too.

This studio apartment has everything we needed for a one-week stay. The condos were clean and quiet and ours looked out to the golf course and the mountains beyond. The view was very pleasant and private. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the air conditioning during the afternoon. Opening the windows and screen door in the evenings kept the room cool. The location was perfect for us, in short driving range to beaches and points of interest, and a short walk to a beautiful view of the Pacific to the west.

The location of this place is perfect! Close to beaches and a 15 minutes drive to Hanalei. You will never get over the gorgeous mountains that surround the place. The air conditioning unit was a HUGE plus to have after a long day of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a great time at this studio. It is just like as described online, plus clean, and quiet. It’s perfect for active couples who are out and about during the day and just need a quiet place to crash at night. The only issue we had was parking was extremely tight and had to call the property manager twice to find a spot. (Not ideal when you have a rental car and worried about it getting towed) The location was fantastic and we spent the majority of our time exploring the north shore and surfing in Hanalei Bay. We would stay here again, and recommend future guests to do the same!
