About this apartment rental

Studio with queen bed (and air mattress available upon request). Totally renovated in 2018 with new floors, new tiled shower, new vanity, new interior paint, new ceiling fan, new furniture.. Studio has small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is no stove or oven. There is a gas grill at the pool.. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and beach umbrella. Parking for one car (open lot). There is no laundry on site. Clean/fresh towels provided mid-stay for stays of 7 nights or more. Please contact owner to request this.

There is a large pool, hot tub and BBQs on the property. Princeville has a great walking path which you can access just outside the property grounds. The path goes throughout Princeville so you can walk to grocery store, coffee shops, other shops, restaurants, golf and several beach paths within about a mile.

Great location, quiet and easy to get to all north shore activities. Although no AC, during our stay in October was plenty cool with the fans. Nice large shower. Good sized mini fridge and microwave. Never had any issues finding a parking spot. Loved! And will stay again

Robyn is prompt with communication, excellent location, extremely clean and nicely updated interior plus there's fans in the room. The only issue was the guests staying next door kept slamming the door otherwise it was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for our Hawaii getaway! It is in a great location in Princeville, an easy drive or walk to nearby beaches and food! The space itself was quaint but satisfied all our needs - the kitchenette and bathroom were great to utilize and the patio was a nice spot to sit outside! Also incredibly helpful to have beach equipment and towels to use while we were there. Would definitely stay again!

The Princeville area was very pretty and I liked being close to the north shore. When using the shower only slight turn the knob for hot water, don’t turn it all the way otherwise the water will stay cold.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was warm at night and there was no air conditioning. Since the fan overhead was quite noisy when turned on we needed to use fans at the open windows to cool the studio. Also, a stove would have been more useful since we could only cook what we could grill or microwave. It was nice to have the beach chairs and towels. Overall, I would recommend this to others looking for an affordable, safe place on a beautiful piece of property.

It was dirty and dilapidated and not even ready at our check in time. Still had trash and disgusting sheets from previous guests. We checked in one night to another place which cost us 3x what we would have paid but then found another rental which was incredible. That being said, the agent we worked with was amazing and refunded us the full amount.

Me and my wife had an amazing stay here! The room was very comfortable, nice and clean! The outside lanai was a great place to sit and hangout. The amenities in the room were very convenient and the refrigerator and shower were bigger than expected. The pool and jacuzzi were great and very relaxing. The grills available next to the pool were also great and we made a nice steak dinner during our stay. Robyn was wonderful, friendly, very communicative, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend and we hope to stay again sooner rather than later at our next available chance! Thank you again Robyn for an amazing stay! Can't wait to stay again!

Really cute condo that smelled horribly of vomit from the instant you open the door. It was so bad that I went to the grocery store and bought air freshener and vinegar in order to combat it. Even after dousing the place with vinegar and air freshener I could barely sleep there. Glad I only stayed one night. Also the complex is very large and I would have appreciated a map to explain where the unit was. I spent at least half an hour walking around the complex of looking for the condo.

We loved our stay in Princeville. This cute room was perfect for our stay and very close to all the beaches we love visiting in Kauai. The pool and hot tub plan to return.

The room was comfortable for our short stay on Kauai. The bed was comfortable and the host provided items for the mini-kitchen, books, extra towels and fans for our stay. Although there isn't AC, in December, the air gets cool enough that we were comfortable. The location was close to the golf course and on the edge of it had a sidewalk walking path and was great for a morning or afternoon walk. The room is near places to eat and explore. We did have an issue with the code when we arrived, but I was able to contact the host and she settled it immediately. In fact, the 2 times I called, she was readily available. We look forward to visiting Kauai again and hopefully get another one of her rentals.

We inspected the studio upon arrival and there were a few items to note: Door did not lock, it was a little scary the door didn’t lock out to the patio. Hole in wall behind door. No air conditioner. Toilet paper holder didn’t work, the toilet paper was sat behind the toilet by the cleaners.

We had an absolute blast at this condo in Princeville. The communication and check-in process was flawless, the room was larger than expected, and it also included so many beach toys (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc.) The location is so close to everything on the North Shore - and I can’t forget to mention the parking space for the condo is literally right outside the side door. I’d give this VRBO (10) stars if I could. Would highly recommend.

It is a motel room with a couple of upgrades not a studio. Did not have entry instructions as no internet, extremly stressful locating it in dark and rain. Had to ask a local to log me into their internet to obtain instructions. Need for earlier instructions for internationals. Room has nice appointments, however no comfortable seating, sliding door does not slide, vent on patio blows hot air. It was very clean, good shower, although bathroom setup odd. No a/c, only fans, needed front door open for flow thru ventilation. Queen bed, cable TV, internet. No access to beach and no parking at beach. Good shopping centre within 5 minute drive. Princeville nice area.

Very clean apartment in a very nice area of Kauai. It was a little far away from some activities but close nice beaches. There were beach item available for use which made the visit great. It was a little difficult to find in the dark, the host provided good instructions. The apartment was missing some items that had been in the listing, the host was responsive and helpful in mitigating the issue satisfactorily. Overall a nice clean apartment in a nice area.
