Welcome to REINE MARIE TERRASSE, a top-floor apartment with a large sunny terrace.
Ideally located in Nice's prestigious Carré d'Or district, right in the center of town, just a few meters from the famous Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, this apartment offers an exceptional setting for your stay.
The bright living room opens onto an open-plan kitchen. The bedroom, equipped with a TV, opens onto a modern bathroom with toilet, separated by a glass roof and a curtain for greater privacy. A separate toilet.
All this gives access to the spacious terrace, ideal for enjoying a glass of rosé at the end of the day, under the Côte d'Azur sky.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on local climate and the building manager.

We had our second stay in this property the booking was handled very efficiently as was the collection of keys. It’s very clean and everything is as described on the websiteThe property is in a vibrant area of nice with a big choice of restaurants and shops close close by,the promenade and beach are only ten minutes away accessed by a passageway
