About this cottage rental
Located in a quiet area of Senonches, the Petit Bossard gîte is a stone mason's house, carefully renovated in a current style by the owners.
Independent house (110 m²) on one level (access via a few steps), including:
Kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator
Living/dining room with TV, pellet stove and wifi access
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 (bed and baby chair on request)
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140
1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90
Shower room/WC equipped with a towel dryer, separate WC.
Laundry room with washing machine. Enclosed garden (1100 m²) with garden furniture, plancha and table tennis.
Pets not allowed.
Possibility of providing on request a travel cot for small children, with a good suitable mattress, and a high chair.
Surcharge in the event of energy consumption being exceeded:
- Electricity beyond 8kwh per day,
- Domestic fuel beyond 10L per day (central heating, based on gauge reading).
