About this house rental
We are renting out our country house, “La Corti.” Just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris. A peaceful retreat and charming home.
Sleeps 6 to 7 people, large heated pool (14x5), heated from mid-April to late September, 4,000 m² of grounds, basketball court, petanque court, and ping-pong table. Teak patio table and chairs, large umbrella, pool loungers, and garden chairs.
The house features 3 bedrooms with comfortable new 160x200 bedding, including 1 with an en suite bathroom and toilet, and another separate bathroom with a double shower and toilet. Large, fully equipped open-concept kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kitchen appliances, all necessary accessories for cooking and baking...), with a central island. Cozy living room with two sofas and a beautiful fireplace, flat-screen TV with Netflix, Canal+, and Prime. Wi-Fi.
Services included in the rental: Beds made upon arrival. Towels provided. Firewood provided. BBQ gas cylinder provided. The house was completely renovated in 2021. It is very well-equipped and comfortable year-round.
A 12-minute drive from a large supermarket and the beautiful historic town center of Verneuil-sur-Avre, where you’ll find all the amenities you need. A 5-minute drive from Tillières-sur-Avre, where you’ll find a bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, and a convenience store.

This house was very private and had a very cozy cottage feel to it. The kitchen was well equipped and was very spacious for me and my husband. it has a beautiful property and an unground pool which unfortunately it rained everyday so didn't get to enjoy it but would have been great if we could have. Has a basketball court and area to play a French ball game If in France again would stay here. There is a coccimarket close by for groceries and if need to exchange money like we did there is an outdoor atm close by at SG bank i would recommend this property.
