House with typical Norman charm recently renovated just 1h15 from Paris. Accommodating up to 10 people, it offers an ideal space for families and groups of friends. Located in the heart of nature, out of sight, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen open to dining room + billiards as well as a cozy living room overlooking the indoor and heated swimming pool not overlooked.
Calm and peaceful, surrounded by trees, it is the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries.

Family house with typical Norman architecture entirely renovated with local materials, lime, cob, exposed beams and cathedral roof, floor tiles with noble wood insert. Located in the Iton valley, you will enjoy immediate proximity to the many monuments and castles of the region. Less than 1h30 from Paris, La Romane will quickly become your new base for your family holidays and weekends with friends.

- Large living room / dining room with table convertible into a billiard table. High chair and baby bed are at your disposal if needed (to be specified when booking)

Covered and heated all year round. Dimensions 3mx7m with a depth of 1m50 on the entire bottom. Remember to equip the little ones with armbands and buoys accordingly.
The pool is directly accessible from the living room, closed with a safety latch and has a surface alarm with code.

A large garden of 5000m2 surrounded by trees and fields, fully fenced. Outdoor games available (molkky, rackets, balls, darts, etc.) for sunny days. A small pond is located at the back of the property (fenced, access prohibited).

For the smooth running of your stay, you are requested to respect the neighborhood by showing restraint and good manners regarding the noise level, mainly in the evening, both outside the accommodation and in the pool. Even if our neighbors are not right next door, they are adorable and we would very much like them to stay that way ;-)
