- a leafy exterior with terrace, relaxation area, swing and barbecue,
- a large open-plan living area with lounge and dining room, separated by a double-sided fireplace,
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a master suite with queen-size bed (160cm), en-suite bathroom and balcony,
- one bedroom with double bed (140cm),
- another bedroom with double bed (140cm),
- one bedroom with two single beds,
- a second bathroom with bath and shower,
- two separate WCs,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
