About this apartment rental
Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, one with ensuite facilities, this first-floor apartment is ideal for couples and families. One person can be accommodated on the double sofa bed situated in the lounge if a separate bed is required. A small additional fee is applicable.
The one level accommodation comprises of a large, welcoming hallway, open plan kitchen/living room with seating and dining facilities for four people plus a sofa bed, one kingsize bedroom with ensuite facilities, one double bedroom and a large family bathroom.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen boasts a large fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine and is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and ovenware to make your self-catering holiday as relaxing as possible. A tumble drier is also in place in the apartment.
Off street parking for one car is also provided although there is no need for a car whilst staying here as it is so conveniently located for public transport links.

Wonderful place for the start of our vacation. Lots of room for 4 adults. Everything was in order and no issues encountered. Good parking and walkable distance to a good grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! Kristeen was super helplful. Great location with access to restaurants and downtown. We had delicious dinners at Fletchers and they are a 5 minute walk from the flat.

This was a beautiful well supplied apartment with excellent kitchen supplies. The host was very helpful and kind with advice about Stirling restaurants and activities. Overall an excellent experience!!
