I’m 63 and iv never had a holiday like this it was awful I’m so upset now iv been home for a few dat

All of it mainly the stay in the property nothing like the description , totally feel miss sold , not enough room fi 4 people , no where comfy to sit there was a leak from up stair into the kitchen could not get in contact with the owning , lighting in the places was dull and depressing , tried to book another hotel could not get in anywhere till Friday 2nd and that’s when we left at 9 o’clock in the morning , no where to empty the bins all large bins in the yard was over flowing , fire hazard a4plug adapter left under the curtain I moved them ever time but they went back because the lead wasn’t long enough , even tho we turned them off I could not sleep incase they had over heated , walls didn’t look like they had been painted in years settee was saggy and looked years old , this property is far from beautiful as stated in the booking , mats where worn and frayed , sink wasn’t big enough every time we used it water was all over the floor , I would like to raise this as a complaint

Great location, clean and tidy but looked a little shabby.
The location - so close to city centre and train station. The bed - probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in on holiday.
Noise from the neighbours upstairs. Differences between the 'Welcome Video' and reality... I.e. no chain lock on the front door; two TV remote controls needed to work the telly, not one; shower controls have changed; under the bed had not been cleaned (there was an ironing board under the bed but it and the floor were thick of dust)

The skeleton key lock wasn’t the greatest. It was a bit of a walk to get to the center but if you do your research you’d know that before booking.

Fantastic place to stay
The property was lovely and cosy. It is closer to city centre. The kitchen was well stocked with modern kitchen. Beds are very comfortable and good size. The shower was really good. The heating was controlled by NEst and so easy to warm up the house. Fantastic place for a good night sleep and rest. The hosts have been very interactive, good direction about checking in and was prompt in sorting out issues.

A very nice place to stay at Stirling for a couple of days for business and leisure
We chose this location for its proximity to the student accommodation Riverside Quay to help our child to move in there. The apartment is very close to that place (two minutes walking distance) and only a 10-15 minute walk away from the Stirling railway station and city centre. Parking is easy along the road before the apartment itself. The apartment is appropriately described on the BOOKING.COM website.
The single bathroom is rather small with shower only, It is "okay" for four pax four a few days, but no longer. The building of the apartment appears to be quite "run down". Yet the apartment itself meets its description.
