The location - so close to city centre and train station.
The bed - probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in on holiday.
Noise from the neighbours upstairs.
Differences between the 'Welcome Video' and reality... I.e. no chain lock on the front door; two TV remote controls needed to work the telly, not one; shower controls have changed; under the bed had not been cleaned (there was an ironing board under the bed but it and the floor were thick of dust)
