This place was so cozy, comfortable and clean. We love the fact that we could bring our puppy and he loved the back deck. It has everything you need and then some – plenty of towels, super comfortable bed with extra blankets, nice pillows, fully stocked kitchen, and lots of little extras left by the host. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Brevard and perfect for our little getaway. We would definitely stay here again the next time we head to Brevard!

The perfect one bedroom apartment. Extremely clean and well stocked with soaps, shampoo, and all the kitchen items we needed to cook a great meal. Lovely patio with a screen door to enjoy the fresh air. The animal love was appreciated!

We left half way thru the stay because of the weather — lots of rain. The property was very clean. However, temperature was remotely controlled by owner and the bedroom was quite a bit hotter than rest of unit. Owners tried to solve but indicated that this was an ongoing issue.
