About this house rental
This listing is for 3 separate cabins located on the same 3.5 acre property and located 10 miles (14 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort and 16 miles (less then 30 minutes) from downtown Durango. The 2 smaller cabins are about 75 feet apart and the main 3 bedroom cabin is 125 yards from the two smaller cabins. Combined, the 3 cabins offer a total of 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The main cabin features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer while the two smaller cabins each have kitchenettes. Please note there is cable in the main 3 bedroom cabin but there are only streaming smart TV's in the two single bedroom cabins. All of the cabins feature fast WIFI thru Starlink (around 100mbs).
Nestled among century old pines, the cabins are on a secluded, 3.5 acre lot surrounded by National Forest on one side and the exclusive Glacier Club on the other. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck with expansive views of the surrounding mountains deciding which of the many Durango-area adventures you'll choose for the day. The cabins are located just a 14 minute drive from Purgatory Ski Resort and a easy 20 minutes drive to historic downtown Durango. . You will not find a more peaceful retreat with as easy access to all that Durango has to offer, no matter what time of year you visit this spectacular part of Colorado.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of one dog per cabin and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
4WD/AWD is not required in winter as the cabin is accessed via CR 200 which is paved.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Absolutely loved our extended family get away on this beautiful property. Deck with spectacular Mountain View and solo stove was our favorite place to land at the end of each day. Awesome star gazing. Warm, friendly and spacious indoors.

The location was convenient since it’s right off the highway in between Durango and Purgatory mountain. Nothing fancy but we were there to snowboard. We had some issues with the cabin when we arrived and a couple mishaps came up while we were there, but the management team was responsive and handled everything appropriately. If you are looking for a luxury rental home this is not the place, but if you have a large group of people and need a place to hangout in the evenings then this property is ideal.
