About this house rental
Our 2,600 square foot, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom end unit townhome (Unit 10) is one of the few true ski in/ski out properties at Purgatory Resort built right on the slopes and just a short walk/ski to the main plaza.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax with family and friends. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace while the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The townhome has a washer/dryer, high speed WIFI and an attached 1 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear with an additional parking space in front of the garage. Additional vehicles can be parked in the upper ski lot for free. All bedrooms except the 5th bedroom have attached bathrooms.

2nd Master - King and Queen (3rd level)
Bedroom 3 - 2 Sets of Bunk Beds: (Single over Queen) and (Single over Single) as well as a Pull Out Sofa (Double) and twin mattress under the Single over Single bunk (Ground Floor)
Bedroom 4 - King (3rd level)
Bedroom 5 - Queen (3rd Level)
The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

This house was in a great location with easy access to the lifts. It does not have a personal hot tub. For an additional fee you can gain access to the shared facility that has hot tubs and heated pool. We did not do this as we thought it was overpriced and an inconvient walk from the unit. The accommodations were good with plenty of room for our large group of eight adults and seven children. The dishwasher did not work well and we think it needs the filters cleaned. The only problem we experienced was with the parking. Instructions said there were spaces for three vehicles but we could decipher where the third space was located and when I called the management company the representative said she could not tell from the instructions where it was but that she would find out and call us the next day, but we never recieved a call back. We just had to park the third vehicle in the main parking lot which was not very convenient.

We had a great stay. Truely ski in ski out. Well appointed. My only recommendation would be to replace the the plastic mattress covers to water proof ones that aren't plastic/noisy.The front door code never worked, management co never responded, we just went through garage and left door

This place was great! The location was fantastic. The house was very comfortable and it really gave our family a great experience in the mountains. Those who wanted to ski could come and go and those Who preferred to ski less or not at all also had a great time. We plan on doing it again again next year
