VFT/MA/73742 This is your opportunity to stay just a few metres from the beach in the very heart of La Cala de Mijas. An elegant apartment, ground floor with private entrance, surrounded by many landmarks such as La Toná, Cafe Vida, the Boulevard, the Tower and more, you can walk to all of these places.

It is a one bedroom apartment with double bed and a sofa bed to sleep up to 3 guests in comfort. It has a dining and working area, smart TV mounted on the wall, a well equipped kitchen and shower room with washing machine as well as powerful ceiling fan in the bedroom plus AC in the living room. There is space in front on the street for relaxing with the bistro set, from here you can really be immersed in Mediterranean life and enjoy the sunshine.

Prepared for self catering stay, the kitchen has:

- fridge- freezer- coffee machine- toaster- microwave oven- air fryer

- and everything you need to cook to be at home.



Very good Wi-Fi connection, lots of wardrobe space and coat rack, hairdryer, air conditioning, iron, ceiling fan with remote control and washing machine are many of the things included.



High quality bed linen and bath towels are included. La Cala de Mijas and the area has a real range of services on offer, including diving school, kite surfing and paddle boarding, shops and places to visit. And of course a huge number of excellent restaurants, beach bars and eateries. Just a few metres away there is a Carrefour Local, thre are pizza and noodle take aways, tobacconist, you can buy local wines from Pura Cepa and get fresh produce from the market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Under 5 minute´s walk are bus stops to Fuengirola or Marbella on the M-220 route.

Please ask for our fantastic team of chartered taxi drivers for door to door airport transfer prices, making arrival and departure stress free and easy.Please note that it is a pedestrianised street so parking is not possible by the apartment.

For check-in after 10.30pm a supplement of 20 euros may be payable on arrival.

For lost keys or left inside the lock there is a supplement for lock change, so please do not do this as you will be liable for the locksmith fee.

Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
