De ligging van het complex is erg goed. Het appartement is ruim en koel, en het terras is mooi groot. De tuin is mooi onderhouden, en als er iets nodig was zoals: een nieuwe gasfles voor de bbq dan werd dit snel geregeld. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. De supermarkten zijn makkelijk te bereiken.
Het zwembad was soms te druk, en er hangen bordjes dat er word gecheckt op handdoek leggen door vakantiegangers, maar dit is niet het geval waardoor je soms geen plek had. In het appartement zijn wat dingen die aangepakt mogen worden, de bank binnen is helemaal doorgezakt en vuil. De stoelen van de buitentafel zijn allemaal versleten, waardoor je of je elleboog pijn doet, of met je kleding hieraan blijft hangen. We hebben ook om een nieuwe bezem moeten vragen want deze stond kapot op het terras.
