This tri-level, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome is perfect for groups of up to 10 people — and it’s just a two-block stroll to the shopping, dining and entertainment on Main Street Breckenridge. This place will be a hit with your family and friends!
The living area has vaulted ceilings and great natural light for an open, airy feel. There’s plenty of seating, as well as a river-rock wood fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV with surround sound – it’s an ideal spot for relaxing and catching a movie (or the morning snow report). And just outside on the deck, there’s your own private hot tub! You’ll enjoy seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village heated swimming pool and hot tubs.
The full kitchen feature granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed, including a gas grill on the patio. The dining table seats XX, and there’s room for XX at the counter.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a one-car garage with an additional outdoor parking space, and a gas grill. Lower Level:

- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
