Great place to stay right in the heart of Breckenridge.

Location is great. Parking underneath is very nice. The staff was excellent. I will definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great location. Very easy to get a bus to the ski lift. Easy to ski back with a 10 minute walk from the run end. Great location for walking in to Breckenridge.

Fridge was not very clean. Bed had a broken slat when I arrived. I pointed this out to reception and they sent a maintenance guy straight away to fix it.

Very dated and dingy place. Our room had a sort of king size bed - it seemed to be a California King on a regular King bed platform. We could barely walk around the bed. Very pricey for the lack of value.

EXCELLENT location! And the staff member at the counter was wonderful. Sadly, I forget her name, but she was very kind and helpful.

My only drawback was my initial room was too small (my fault, I guess?), and when I got a bigger room, I thought the price difference was a bit high. Had I booked that room initially (which I thought I had), I would have paid less.

do not stay here ever - pay $5-$10 more a night and just stay at Beaver Run resort on the slopes - a real hotel

—you have to pay extra to get your room cleaned - abolish this rule now —thin walls, everyone slamming doors and stomping and talking loudly out in halls - couldn’t sleep —doors slam (get better doors or solution) —gym is trash —room was way too small —bathroom was way too small —towels were not given freely unless you pay lol. trash place don’t stay here it’s not even a hotel it’s basically a bunch of individual rental units where you have no support

The location was amazing ! It was a very small walk to the Downtown area. Once I parked the car I didn't need to take it out until checkout. The room was clean. Some how we had 2 bathroom sinks which was super helpful to get ready quick.

The room was smaller that what I expected. Maybe the photos might have made me think that the room was bigger. But the rooms and location itself of the lodge is excellent.

Don’t stay here if you plan on using the pull out sofa as a bed. Brutal!

The property was cute but the pull out sofa bed shouldn’t even be allowed in a hotel like that. It was brutal and we were just there one night.

I never even right reviews but I had to for thsi. Don’t stay here if you plan on using the pull out sofa bed because it’s hands down the worst thing I’ve ever had to sleep on. It was all uneven and I had metal sticking in my back. The mattress was so thin and bumpy and all you can feel is the metal bars. I can usually sleep on anything. It was brutal. Which sucks because the apartment was really cute.

100% worth the price

Very comfortable stay with tons of amenities (gym, sauna, steam room, hot tubs, pool etc.), especially for such price. The location is superb, just by the main street where all the shops and restaurants are.

The location was great! Everything was within a 10 minute walk. The staff was also very friendly.

Check in… The loud beeping noise in the early morning; they were painting the building but we were woken up too early since we were on vacation. The parking garage has poles and some of them have things sticking out of the side!

Worst hotel to stay.... Please I beg you not to consider this....

It's a waste of money..... Except the hot water tub. Morning manager was kind of accommodating and allowed us for extra one hour. Other than that everything was so disappointing....

The AC systems were so old... If you need cooling in your room the receptionist is asking to open the windows and sleep or else you will be cooked over night.... It's a trap, do not book rooms here.... Despite charging more than 5 star hotels rate per night you will feel miserable for selecting this hotel ..... They will not even give a water bottle while checking in... And they will not encourage you through phones in your room... If you need something, you need to come down to reception and wait for hours for them to show up... The showers are another wonder - don't even ask me about it..... Over all you will be cooked if you book - thanks.....

Perfect for our weekend stay

Perfect location close to the main street with food and shopping, and the parking spot included in the booking is a big plus. Rooms were sizeable, all amenities as stated and good value for money. The reception staff was fantastic - extremely friendly! Happy to come back.

The check in staff member said we would get a call for early check in when room was ready. Call was not made to us at all, so NO early check in. We were then late getting to wedding event. Room was not clean, bathroom not clean, sheets on bed did not reach the end of the bed (short sheeted). Room window was a over busy street, very loud. Had to have window open due to no AC. Parking garage was good to have, but very small, tight spaces, our door was dented by someone.

Great value, a spacious room and a fantastic location

There were two beds which were large and really comfortable. The room was spacious and well appointed with a fridge, iron and ironing board, large TV, microwave and other items. It was clean and had nice laminate style flooring. The lodge itself was really big with free underground parking, and it was located next to the river with about two minutes walk to the town's main avenue with all it's shops, bars and restaurants.

We stayed for two nights and the large fan in the room kept it nice and cool the first night but it wasn't quite as effective the second night after a warmer day, but using it to draw cooler air in from outside the open window helped a lot.

Convenient with helpful and friendly staff but with some issues

Location, parking

This is a 2 story apartment with the bedroom and bath upstairs. Unfortunately this lodge does not have air conditioning. We traveled late June and even in Breck, it was a bit warm. The upstairs bedroom was uncomfortably warm. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a portable cooling unit but that just didn't work for us. Second issue was a large outside vent/fan probably from the tiki bar that was very loud and ran continuously especially during the night. We had the window (skylight) open to keep the apartment as cool as possible but the vent fan noise was noticeable and affected our sleep.

No chair in my room, little table and very hard folding like chairs. TV cable was un-hooked and took over a hour to fix and get channels to load. They had fresh made coffee in the lobby but because they are a "green" hotel they did NOT have any coffee cups. It's a bring you own coffee cup! WHAT? That's like getting a meal and no silverware. REALLY

The only reason I’m giving a 9 instead of a 10 is due to the interior lock on the condo door. While it did lock, it wasn't secure enough for a toddler — the door would still open if the handle was pulled, which isn't ideal for a 2-year-old.
