MOUNTAIN SIDE RETREAT - Located in the heart of Breckenridge, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath stand alone home sleeps 10. This incredibly convenient mountain side ski in home sits in the heart of Breckenridge just two blocks from Main Street and on the bus route for easy access to the base of Peak 7, 8, or 9 and on bus route for easy access to all summit county ski areas. This warm and inviting space is tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained. The great room has vaulted ceilings with natural beams and large picture windows which create a light and bright environment with all of the warmth you would expect in a mountain property. It the perfect place to relax after an active day in Breckenridge.



The Space:

Sleeping: Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2): king size bed, attached full size bath - one floor up from main level; Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): queen size bed with bath right next to the room - this room is a half floor up from main level; Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2-3): queen/twin bunk with bath right next to the room - this bedroom sits one floor down from main level; Extra Sleeping (sleeps 4): Convertible, futon sleeper in the living room (sleeps 1-2) - on the main level; Convertible/futon sleeper style bed in lounge/extra TV room area - on lower level (sleeps 1-2). Pack n' play

Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was extremely responsive leading up to our trip and provided all sorts of helpful information. The location of the house is ideal to both skiing and the town. The shuttle to the top of the mountain is located directly across the street from the house and comes about every 20 minutes. The house was well maintained and the garage was a bonus to store all the gear. Would certainly recommend!
