Excellent location, Clean, Newly Remodeled, You can ski In and walk to the gondola or ride the free shuttle. In the winter or summer you can walk to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Just two blocks to Main Street. The location of this home is as good as it gets with the historic main street just minutes away and you can get here by shuttle from the airport. No need for a car. New private hot tub was just installed. The home overlooks wetlands and offers mountain views of Baldy. Perfect for family gathering and groups. The home is set up with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

The house is beautifully furnished and in an excellent location just across from the gondola with an easy walk into town. We loved it and would eagerly return again.

We were in town for a family wedding. It was our first time in Breckenridge. Was not sure what to expect or where to stay. This place was GORGEOUS and well taken care of. Downtown was a 3 minute car ride if that. It is walkable if you wanted to. If it was ski season the gondola is at the foot of the hill. We can not wait to return.

The house is so nice and the easy walk to the gondola and ski in ability was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay for the most part. The only negatives were the lack of working lightbulbs, plugs and furnishings in the kitchen were lacking as well. Other than that, the beds were comfortable. And the house had a lot of fun games for the kids and the location was wonderful.
