Getting Around:
A car is recommended, but the free Summit Stage bus and Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle offer easy transportation to ski lifts and downtown. Rideshare services are also available.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee per dog.
On-street parking is prohibited.
Driveway, decks and walkways are plowed and shoveled by a private service when it snows more than 4 inches.

This house is wonderful, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want, we loved it. The management company was very responsive to questions and helped us with everything we needed. We would return.

We had such an amazing time. The house is very close to the slopes and is so cozy. Such a wonderful week stay. The kitchen is phenomena! We cooked every night. We used the BBQ and hot tub as well, which was great.

My family and my stay here was fantastic! Firstly, it’s a great location for Breckenridge skiing. Only about a 2 min drive from the gondola. Can also walk it if you want. Secondly, the house was stocked with spices, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee, etc. we were able to make full meals while staying there only needing to buy food ingredients because the place provided everything else. Thirdly, it’s a beautiful property, very spacious, and very clean. Our whole group felt so comfortable sleeping there. We also saw a fox, and a mom and bay moose in the backyard area during our stay which was awesome!
