Relaxing family vacation

Booking was easy. Picking up the keys after hours and returning them was simple. Loved the location. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the exercise room. The condo was nice and spacious. Enjoyed the big windows, fireplace, kitchen so we could cook, etc. D

An elevator would be amazing addition. Downside was not having an ottoman or recliner to put feet up and the mattresses were really uncomfortable. I definitely lost sleep with waking up every hour to change positions. A memory foam mattress would be a lot better for anyone. I even brought my 3" memory foam topper, but the innerspring inexpensive mattress was still way to uncomfortable.

Unfortunately the appliances in the kitchen did not work well. Oven door would not stay shut, freezer and frig did not keep very cold or frozen. Also, did not know there would be so many stairs to get to unit.

Poorly maintained unit missing basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay

The location was great for skiing and for walking into town.

The property was incredibly dated and not well maintained. The sink in the bathroom leaked onto all the towels below and there were no curtains in the bedroom so you woke up with the sun every morning. The shower curtain in the master bathroom was disgusting and the place was missing small things like a soap holder, anywhere to hang towels, dish soap and a sponge. Most of the closet doors were off the track so you couldn't open / close them and the drawers in the dressers fell out every time you opened them slightly. The screen door to the porch was completely off the track and blocking the door so you couldn't use the balcony. This was the second time we stayed at pine ridge condos and the first condo was amazing. This was a completely different experience and given how awful it was we will not be coming back.

Condo could have been cleaner. Dishwasher was running when we got in, so had to unload it to be able to use it. Dust, sink in the kitchen dirty, etc.

Taken as a whole, I really like Pine Ridge.

The location is great. The hot tubs are very nice. The full kitchen is a must. The overall quality of the Pine Ridge property is actually very high for the area. The beds were very comfortable. The cleaning before arrival was exceptional.

Some updating would be nice. The unit I stayed in twice this winter needs a new kitchen sink, hot water heater and new glass wear. While at times annoying, I would still go back and even stay at the same unit.

Good location for walking in town but parking for a second vehicle very difficult.

The condo was as advertised. It was comfortable, and clean, although the carpet could use a cleaning. Beds were comfortable.

Parking. We were allowed one parking spot and had two cars. The front desk was not helpful with suggestions for parking. Very few lots in town allow overnight parking. We did find one, but daily parking was really expensive, so we had to spend time moving the extra car around. Not ideal.

Spacious and comfortable unit close to town.

Great location walking distance to town. Easy parking. Spacious condo and well stocked kitchen equipment (which we didn’t use).

Lots of stairs (was it 6 flights?) to get to the unit with heavy luggage was a challenge. Took our time, huffed and puffed and got it all upstairs. Amount of mountain home decor and accessories could be an issue for someone very sensitive to dust as there’s just no way to keep that much stuff dust free. The unit was clean and cozy but much heavier on the mountain theme than our personal al tastes.

Ask for a pool key at check in or you won’t have access

They did not give us a pool key at check in but also did not tell us; and then the front desk closes at 6pm. So we didn’t have pool access. They told us they purposely do not issue a pool key unless you ask for it. Don’t be us. Request a pool key at check in. This was a large reason of why I booked this place.

The space was big with lots of beds.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The place was not cleaned well. We found trash and food in the floor. The description said that there were 2 king beds, there was only one.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Breckinridge. Amazing value. Warm, cozy, comfy, great location.

Location- amazing- close to town; steps to quick shuttle to lift; easy ski-in access Ski shop- 10 feet away! Living room- large and comfortable; great fireplace; Lots of seating Kitchen- extremely well-equipped; everything worked! Storage- easy ski locker in hallway; many closets and hooks in the unit for coats etc Bathrooms- well-equipped

2nd bedroom- bunk beds not comfortable for adults. Top bunk too close to ceiling. Hot tub- just okay. Could be nicer.

Great location for a basic ski condo

Great location, walked to restaurants for dinner and took a short shuttle to the lift. At end of day skied to our condo.

Lighting was poor throughout the condo, the switch by the front door didn’t turn on any lights & after individually turning on many it still wasn’t bright in the main living areas. Same was true for the master bedroom. Would have appreciated knowing what type of coffee maker they had and whether there was any coffee provided (some condos do & some don’t). Didn’t see a trash dumpster for throwing our trash out at end of stay. Parking was also at a premium. We didn’t want to drive anywhere for dinner because we were afraid we wouldn’t find a convenient parking space.

Our stay at Pine Ridge in Breckenridge was the perfect getaway for a reset, beautiful!

The location of the unit to town was uncomparable, very nice. The unit was comfortable and clean, though dated in a couple areas.

The pool hours were wrong in the book in our room. It said open 12 am to 8 pm. of course, we figured that was wrong and it should read 12 p.m (noon) but it said hours may vary, it was summer and the hours did not vary, disappointing and the pool area was not very clean or the pool itself, nice property but needs attention.
